Im in Las Vegas, Nevada, How come so far on my search for a doctor, its been taking a while for me to receive a quote with out of town doctors, I send my pictures, have a online consultation, and never receive a answer, the only quote I got so far is when I actually went in to their office in my hometown. Has this ever happen to anyone else? What is the best way to get a quote with out of town doctors so I can set a appointment? I feel kinda ignored in a way.

A: Brazilian butt lift and online consultations

In Miami price for Brazilian butt lift can be between $5500 and $6500. Miami has some of the cheapest cosmetic surgery prices in the country.

Online consultations are difficult to do and can never be precise. It’s sometimes difficult in office consultation to determine exactly what the patient wants and to explain exactly what you can deliver surgically. The photographs can give you a general idea of what needs to be done but cannot tell you exactly what the patient expects, exactly which areas patient is concerned about or the patient’s health and if they would require a hospital setting which would be more expensive.

An online consultation is only a small 1st step in trying to deliver a surgical outcome that will make a patient happy. If you would like to e-mail some pictures I’ll be glad to look at them and try to get the ball rolling.

A: Brazilian butt lift and different techniques

Brazilian butt lift is a procedure become popular in the United States over the past 4 to 5 years. as it becomes more popular more surgeons are beginning to the procedure in each surgeon will adapt a procedure to a way that works best for them. There are general concepts you must follow in order to get a good reproducible results but each surgeon bring his own artistic sense to the surgery and produced a unique result.

This is true of all types of cosmetic surgery surgeons may have similar techniques but they will never be exactly the same.

Your job as a patient is to communicate with your doctor what result you would like to have in your doctors job is communicate to you what result he thinks he can produce and the 2 of you must come to a mutual understanding.

I understand why not sitting is important, and i have started to mentally prepare myself to not sit on it for the first month after my surgery to get the best possible results, but how will i use the restroom? Is there a technique or a special pillow or toilet seat i have to get? How long after the surgery would i have a follow up appointment? How long would you suggest i stay off of my new butt for best results?

A: Brazilian butt lift and not sitting

The hardest part of the Brazilian butt lift is preserving the injected fat. This requires 10 days of not sitting and sleeping on the stomach. Sitting and putting pressure on the buttocks will kill the fat cells and cause an suboptimal result. You have to sit sometimes but minimizing the time setting will protect your result. Prolonged pressure on the fat cells will damage the pressure for a short time will do little damage to the cells.

When you 1st do the fat injection the fat cells have no blood supply. The blood vessels will begin to grow on the 4th and 5th postoperative day. It’s the 1st 5 days where the fat cells are the weakest each day after that get stronger. There is no difference between a 9 & a 11, 10 days is an arbitrary number. On day 11 you don’t want to sit for 6 hours straight, but you can do more setting budgets move around trying not to put pressure in only one place. Doughnuts are not a good idea because a create an uneven pressure which may lead to an uneven result. Sleeping is also an issue and you shouldn’t sleep on any of the area that had the fat injection.

Most times the 1st follow-up would be within the 1st few days.

A: Brazilian butt lift and postoperative exercise

Exercise after Brazilian butt lift will not damage your results. The Brazilian butt lift is a liposuction fat injection which is doing with the surgery is changing its storage locations for fat. After the surgery your buttocks becomes the primary storage site, so when you exercise you lose weight from other storage sites before you lose weight from your buttocks. Your hourglass shape will persist and will probably be improved. Exercise is good. And you will always have an hourglass figure.

I am wanting to get a buttllift via fat transfer with aqualipo and my PS said i have about 1000 ccs of total fat at this point to harvest, he is recommending i gain 20 lbs to try to obtain 2000ccs . I feel like this is alot and am not sure how typical this is and im concerned that i will have left over fat that I do not want. I know some fat cells get lost in the process, but isnt 600 ccs per cheek plenty to get a brazillian booty?

A: Brazilian butt lift and preoperative weight gain

The Brazilian butt lift is a liposuction and fat injection. Liposuction and fat injection is a fat surgery. Gaining weight before surgery in my opinion does not improve the results of a fat injection.

Fat cells do not replicate. You’re born with a certain number of fat cells and keep the same number of fat cells throughout life. When you gain weight each cell gets larger and when you lose weight each cell gets smaller. So gaining weight does not increase the number of cells. When you do the fat transfer your going to move same number of cells whether they are fat or skinny, so gaining weight does not improve the results. If you gain weight before surgery by overeating after surgery when you go back to eating normally your buttocks will shrink to the same size it would’ve been if he did the surgery after normal weight.

I’ve done Brazilian butt lift in patients who are thin in patients who are heavy. When you have more fat you can make more change in the buttocks, but both patients have an hourglass shape after surgery. My average amount is not available in most surgeries is between 1000 and 1500 mL of fat, and this amount makes a significant change.

You can look at my profile and website to see the type of change that can be made.

So far as the Auqualipo you may damage some of the fat cells due to the pressure and decrease to take of the fat cells in the buttocks.

A: Brazilian butt lift in and overweight patient

The Brazilian butt lift is a liposuction and fat injection. Fat is a storage compartment, any calories you do not burn right after you eat them will be stored as fat. What you’re doing with a liposuction and fat injection is changing the storage locations. Removing those storage locations from the abdomen, back and waste where we don’t want them and moving them to the buttocks where we do want them.

The permanence of liposuction comes from the fact that fat cells do not replicate, so we take fat cells away from the abdomen and waist they don’t come back. When the calories come in the body they will have to be stored somewhere else. Remember liposuction is not a weight loss procedure.

With liposuction you do get skin contraction, the amount of skin contraction you get is dependent on the tome of the skin and the amount of stretch marks. In most cases the skin is tighter after the liposuction than it was before.

I think you would be a great candidate for liposuction fat injection and you would be super curvy after the procedure. You can look at my website and my profile on real self to see before-and-after pictures of Brazilian butt lift patients who were overweight. Miami has some of the cheapest prices in the country. Here in Miami the cost of Brazilian butt lift may range between $5600 and $6000 depending on the amount of liposuction being done.

Liposuction narrows the waist and the injection changes a square shaped buttocks into a round shaped buttocks creating an hourglass shape. As long as the waste is narrower than the hips the patient will look curvy.

A thin patient will not have as much fat to harvest but a small amount of fat can make a change in shape.

If you look at my profile page and my website you will see some patients were small amount of liposuction makes a significant change in appearance.

I want a Brazilian butt lift & I’ve seen before & after pics. Most taken within 6 weeks. I havent seen pics that are a 1yr or even 6 mths after. Im worried that the surgery isnt worth the money or the pain, cause the fat might not stay. I’m also afraid that the surgeon will not put enough fat, doesnt get the right type of fat that will stick or even too much & too much will make the skin stretch then sag once the fat is absorbed by the body making it worst. Is this surgery really worth it?

A: Brazilian butt lift and results

The Brazilian butt lift is a liposuction fat injection. In my experience the fat that remains after 3 to 4 weeks remains. I will only see the buttocks go down during those 1st few weeks after that the size remains. The fat injection is like a skin graft the fat will not live without blood supply. It takes about 4 to 5 days for the blood vessels to grow so the fat is very weak and subject to loss at that time. The patients who keep the good result of the patients who do not sit to not sleep on the buttocks for the 1st 10 days and longer. The other thing that controls take is how the fat was injected. If you inject the fat in one large lump you will not get to take. The fat needs to be injected in multiple small amounts in order to have a greater surface area and a greater take of the fact that injected.

For most of my patients I use all the fact it’s available for the injection because most of the patients want change in the buttocks.

The skin after liposuction will contract the question is how much will a contract. That depends on the character of the skin and the presence of stretch marks. A thin skin which would stretch marks will not contract as well as a thick-skinned without stretch marks. But the skin contraction can be remarkable. Some patience than most people would think have to have tummy tuck do not the liposuction will work and get their skin the contract.

The Brazilian butt lift has become the most common procedure that I do because it makes the most dramatic change in the patient’s appearance because the curve, the hourglass shape is critical to a good figure.

The Brazilian butt lift can be done if future pregnancy as planned. The tummy tuck muscle plication is the procedure that should not be done if future pregnancies are considered.

The Brazilian butt lift is a liposuction fat injection. Fat is a storage compartment and what’s done with liposuction fat injection is to change the location of the storage compartment. You’re taking the fat from the abdomen, back, and flank where you don’t want it and putting it in the buttocks were you do want it. Since fat cells don’t replicate this gives you a permanent change in shape. This permanent change in shape will not be changed by pregnancy or weight gain.

What can change after pregnancy is stretching of the abdominal wall fascia and muscles and skin. This can happen after a pregnancy and will happen whether or not you had liposuction or Brazilian butt lift. This is a separate event. The changes in your hips and the narrow and the waist will still be there if the skin of the stomach gets stretched after pregnancy.

After liposuction and fat injection is shape will not be the same as it was before surgery with or without pregnancy.

What type of antibiotics are common for liposuction and brazilian butt lift surgery? (before, during(IV) and after these surgeries) Is levofloxacino/lefloxin/levaquin given? (I think there are one in the same) Is there any other drug besides this one that can be administered because I have been reading adverse reactions and wonder if it is safe?

A: Brazilian butt lift and antibiotics

I have switched from using penicillin-based postoperative antibiotics to the Cipro are Levaquin. And I’ve done this because these drugs have a broader spectrum of action against infections that the penicillin-based drugs don’t cover.

Most of the time the postoperative drugs are given for short time and should not cause you some of the complications their associated with prolonged treatment the drugs.
